Plans are one-off payments: they are not subscriptions and do not renew automatically.

- Taxes included: prices already include applicable taxes (for example, VAT in your country). You pay exactly the price you see, with no additional charges.
- Who takes the payment: on the web, payment is handled by Whop, which collects the payment and calculates and pays the applicable taxes. On iPhone/iPad, payment is taken by Apple through your App Store account. Plans are not sold in the Android app, but you can use any plan you have purchased.
- We do not store your card: payment details are handled by Whop or Apple.
- When the period ends, if you do not buy another plan, you will once again have access only to the free part, just as when you signed up. Everything you have done (progress, exercises, corrections and reviews) remains saved for 12 months. If you buy or extend a plan during that time, you will get everything back and continue where you left off. After 12 months without an active plan, we delete that data. We will notify you by email beforehand.
No refunds
Before buying, you can try the trial course for free. For this reason, we do not offer refunds: when you buy, you get immediate access to the content and, by ticking the acceptance box, you expressly agree that you lose your right of withdrawal once you start using it.
- Billing errors (for example, a double charge or a charge without receiving access): write to us at hola@aprencat.com and we will put it right.
- Purchases on iPhone/iPad: Apple has its own refund procedure, which does not depend on us.
